With the launch of Dominion's FUSION, we invite you into our world with a story which unites all of our titles not in a mass market money making ploy (which those other guys usually dub a "company wide crossover")but rather a genuine story. A story involving perspective and how once perspective is changed everything can come to mean nothing. You'll get a first hand look at some of our heroes and even some of our villains. Ravenous Redd is a guardian from another dimension, who was transported to earth seeking two witches, in which if he doesn't find our world, will be destroyed forever (of course). His task is to chase down astral witches that are hell-bend on escaping him, before she destroys our earthy dimension but Redd's own as well. While here Ravenous Redd is force to deal our earth and its prejudices toward it's owns peoples cultures, and dealing with the fact that he's 6'7 foot tall and red. He befriends a cast of characters with the same oddies as himself, of course they're not red, but they might as well be. Renee (Ray) Miron Hemsley: a hooker of the mean streets of the Bronx who takes our wayward hero in, R.G. Realms a mystical warrior that looks more a bouncer than a demon-fighter who truly understands if Redd doesn't leave the world will destroyed. There also Freddie, a want-to-be-astral knight that unknown to him just happens to be the most powerful creature on the planet, and his kid sister a computer wizard who seems to know about just everything about everything. Also there's some more added danger, when John Torgna a wealthy hunter whose bodyguard Redd inhabited decides that Redd is his greatest conquest that he will ever have, begins to hunt him down. The universe is vast. Endless and magnificent in its wonder. Out in the void, it's countless black within black regions hold chilling sights, mysteries and treasures. The standard earth year is 2553 and the galaxy is spun upside down. In the last two hundred years or so empires and small regimes, coalitions and factions have been coming out of the wood work all over the place. They fight for small and smaller still patches of space to better exploit their ever expanding greeds and blood thirsts. Here in this time the righteous find themselves questioning their causes as the face the overwhelming odds that bare down on them. One such man is W'llarro, Wil for short. A Bounty hunter sanctioned by the massive secret war society know mostly to legend and referred to only as the Guild. Wil is a five hundred year old ex-patriot from the Bendie Paccoran Empire. A magnificent fighter and noble man in the ancient faith of Bendie. A cloistered order of scholared warriors who's best weapon was said to be their unbelievable gift of total clarity. Now having left his mighty empire behind him he uses his superior skills to hunt down criminals in the name of justice by Guild standards. Even in the vastness of outer and inner space the name of Wil the bounty hunter in heard whispered in and out of the corners of the Galaxy. One such of the darkest malevolence in our known universe is the Daniki. A violent and mysterious race of hunter-killers who conquer worlds and enslave entire races. Mortal enemy of this scourge is the Valkk. Coolly efficient armor clad defenders, genetically bred for fighting the Daniki specifically, they have existed for more than a thousand years for that soul purpose. Mostly on their own path of righteousness, they will themselves find that many among them are capable of the very evil they'd been bred to despise. Together the Guild and the Valkk exist in the Galaxy that if allowed to go unchecked will most likely tear itself apart from the inside. |
